Open video on AVS and edit it like this:

The pitch should be 67 and the color hue should be slid to -150

For the video, add the Ripple effect and edit it so the Omega is 20 and Speed is 5.

Add the mirror and edit it so the type is right.
Then you apply Color Exchange so the first color is white (any white you pick) and the second color is black.
