Follow up to my previous comment: I found the video title, wanna know how? Well its easy. I just had to somehow get the URL of the video, then i put it into a YouTube Video Finder and i found the video title! The video is called: Mario goes to the hospital by user named mario2000595, I actually tried to find the video by searching it on YouTube itself but its gone aswell as all other mario2000595 video. Yes I even searched the YouTube channel to no videos, I think it is lost media now, has anyone seen it?

Its the intro music that someone found on their DS. There isnt any footage of the hospital video unfortunately, only the sound. It also shows Mario and Luigi sitting in front of some towels.

Thank you 2009Bee, for showing me that an audioclip is found. Also I have some more info on the video, I tried to search if anyone talked about the video and I didnt find anything other than a PigPigGamer video, the first thing I am talking about is the thumbnail, which is Mario just laying in a hospital bed of some sorts , I found this frame before even clicking on the PigPigGamer video because its thumbnail is in PigPigGamers thumbnail, second thing is after I clicked on the PigPigGamer video and reaching the section where this video is being talked about. The video lasted over 6 minutes and 8 seconds long, and it then starts the video off with a Star Wars Intro talking about the plot of the video, which was actually found by Orangekameleon777, and after the intro is where the video began. It started out with Mario making a few jumps, idk how many jumps Mario did but after a while his head falls off, Soon after Luigi finds out and takes him to the hospital, Mario was probably fixed by some cube character with a happy and sad face drawn on them by markers, but everyone forgot what role they played. Anyway I have to take a break here because i actually am too lazy to write the whole thing, a follow up comment might come soon, or maybe i might forget about this and just watch the Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade of this year, anyways bye.

Orangekameleon777 also remembers Mario singing the cast list melody from Super Mario World. PigPigGamer also remembers a rug with a city and road pattern onto. He doesnt know whyit was there, either it was included just for fun, or if it was to show Mario being driven to the hospital. There is an archive page of the video, but the video itself wasnt archived, there are comments on the page, but theyre not very helpful.

I have to correct my last comment since I made some grammar issues, i meant to say if thats the case instead of if the case and by YouTube Multiplier being the place to find it, i mean this is the foundation where we talk about what just got found about the video and try to search for it.
